This less than year-old trailer had fatigued frame rails, bent/broken axle hangers, broken wiring, worn equalizers due to failed bushings, and shot bearings in the wheel hubs. We designed and fabricated new axle hanger assemblies, removed the hold hangers, fully welded the new hanger assemblies to the frames to reinforce them, rebuilt the wheel hubs, installed new shackles, equalizers, and fasteners, and fixed all the damaged wiring.
