Turning an idea into a computer modeled product with exacting requirements is done in-house. We know our equipment, tooling, skills, and capabilities. This empowers us to efficiently translate your product ideas into realistic designs we know we can produce. This reduces waste and increases value delivery for our customers.

Process refinement is a lower-level yet crucial exercise performed by the doers on the manufacturing floor. Every time a part, sub-assembly, or final-assembly is produced there are opportunities to reduce waste and improve quality. Measurement tools are built into our processes so they can be managed and improved upon. It's one way we get better.

Supply chains have experienced many challenges in recent years. To mitigate delays we work closely with a number of affiliates to procure materials. This ranges from metals to fasteners. Our supplier affiliates have a proven track-record for delivering high-quality materials quickly and at competitive prices.

Planning a product is more complex than designing it. We guide our customers through the product life-cycle. Products evolve over time. Parts are redesigned, assembly processes are refactored, different materials are considered, new versions are imagnined, cost-reduction exercises are implemented. Risk is mitigated by knowing what we're doing.

We CNC Plasma Cut parts from a variety of conductive materials. Tolerances vary depending on the thickness and material. Materials we cut include mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

We brake sheet and plate to form channel, angle, stiffeners, to bend boxes, and more. Our CNC press brake forms material up to 10 feet long in a various materials and thicknesses.

We employ precision ground fixture tables and fixturing. This tooling enables us to be flexible and precise while continuously delivering repeatable product assemblies.

We employ checks at each step of the manufacturing process and measure against first-articles. A first-article an approved final part, sub-assembly, or final assembly that sets the standard.

We provide MIG, TIG, and Stick welding services. Certified and traveling welding are available upon request. We can weld mild steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals.

We can perform batch or lot production runs of simple parts such as flat bar, square tube, rectangular tube, round tube, round bar, and a variety of small plate/sheet parts.

For finishing services such as powder coating we recommend Midwest Powder Tec or Wilson Premier Powder Coating & Media Blasting. These affiliates deliver fairly priced, great looking results!

Clean metal is necessary prep-work for hot-dipped galvanizing, powder coating, or wet paint. We trust and recommend Keystone Stripping and Wilson Premier Media Blasting for these jobs.

We operate a dual-cylinder, 71 Ton Ironworker with a variety of punches and dies. This allows us to perform punching, shearing, and coping operations quickly and accurately.

Many products are comprised of multiple parts or sub-assemblies that ship disassembled. The process of putting all the parts together as a kit to be delivered to the customer is called kitting.

We have the equipment to load palettes or skids of products on flatbeds or truck beds. Likewise we can unload materials and products for servicing. Our lifting limit is 3,000 lbs.

We work with a number of affiliates to offer nationwide shipping as well as local delivery services. For large orders multiple shipments can be arranged. Tracking codes are available.
